Our 2023 Have Your Say employee survey launches Monday, 28 August. We want to hear from you and every one of your 15,000+ colleagues. We value your feedback, and your views will help drive improvement actions and help make Ventia a #greatplacetowork.

What you need to know:
  • The survey period is Monday 28 August – Friday 22 September. 
  • The survey is digital and mobile friendly and can be accessed using a web link or QR code. 
  • Your Employee ID will be required when scanning the QR code. You can find your employee ID on your SuccessFactors profile, payslip or e-timesheet application. The employee ID will only be used for pre-filling the demographic information
  • The survey is for our direct workforce only (full time/part time/casual employees).
Security and confidentiality

Ventia uses Willis Towers Watson to host and manage the implementation, collation and analysis of results for our Have Your Say survey. Willis Towers Watson are specialists in the area of workplace research and analysis, and works with some of the largest and most respected companies in the world. Ventia has partnered with Willis Towers Watson since 2019.

Your employee ID will be your password to access the survey if you're scanning the QR code. This allows the survey to pre-fill the demographic information providing us with more accurate results and deeper insights.

Providing your employee ID does not identify you or your responses. Raw survey data can only be provided to Ventia under an agreement with Willis Towers Watson that protects your anonymity. Ventia will not be requesting any raw survey data from Willis Towers Watson.
