When Channel Nine reporter Allan Raskall broke down recently on Melbourne's CityLink, he was pleasantly surprised with the response from our incident response team who keep the road safe on behalf of Transurban.

So impressed with the professionalism of the crew and the support they provided, Allan met with them to say thank you and learn more about the service they provide.
