Ventia leaders gathered in sunny Northland to present our Community Grants of $30,000 to fourteen incredible recipients.

It was a truly heartwarming experience to meet these community groups and learn about the exceptional mahi they are doing to benefit our communities.

Ngā Moko a Rāhiri are developing future leaders through performing arts, Parapara Marae are restoring their mana whenua (land) and planting Pohutakawa trees, Ara Whakamaua prepare our youth outside of the traditional education system for work, and Life Education are keeping Harold the giraffe educational mobile classroom on the road. These are just a few of the amazing community groups we presented grants to yesterday.

"Yesterday was both a fun and humbling experience. It was a privilege to get alongside and support so many community groups doing important mahi to support the people in our communities who need it most.' says Damian Pedreschi, EGM New Zealand.

At Ventia we will continue to do our part to deliver great outcomes for our communities, both in the work we do with our clients, and through supporting community groups across Aotearoa

Funding these programs will make a lasting difference in local communities, helping them become stronger, more sustainable, and fostering a sense of unity and positivity in Northland, Aotearoa.

Ventia Aotearoa is proud to be part of the communities we live and work in and has been providing infrastructure services to Northland for over thirty years.
