12 months of the Gender Diversity Working Group

Members of Ventia's Gender Diversity Working Group

Ventia's Gender Diversity Working Group consists of volunteers from across the business.

They are dispersed geographically but united by their dedication and clear vision for our business – to be known for diversity of talent, the equal treatment of people and as a preferred place to work.

In the past 12 months, achievements include:

  • rolling out unconscious bias training to senior managers
  • introducing a training program with targeted activities and learnings for our high potential female talent
  • providing quarterly dashboard reporting on levels of gender representation across the business
  • supporting International Women’s Day; and
  • aligning Ventia’s strategies and initiatives with the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA)

The Group is Chaired by Fiona McDougall, General Manager - Work Winning, Visionstream.
