Our Kate Cole has joined the admirable ranks of women on The Australian Financial Review's 100 Women of Influence.

Nominated for her work in addressing the issue of silica dust exposure in the construction industry, Kate is a passionate advocate for preserving the health of Australian construction workers.

Kate has been a catalyst for change. She works on major infrastructure projects implementing performance standards to better control silica dust and its associated hazards at the site level.

Working closely with the Australasian Tunneling Society and State and National regulatory authorities, Kate is a truly influential woman in her work to raise the awareness and reduce the risk of health hazards in the construction industry.
