Ventia uses PageUp as its technology system to manage job applications and candidate information. PageUp have recently advised us of a security incident and we are working with them to understand if personal information of applicants for Ventia roles has been compromised.

At Ventia, we're committed to promoting a culture of compliance and to fair and lawful treatment of personal information. 

We've suspended connections between Ventia's systems and PageUp's systems and stopped all available points of upload as a precaution until we understand more about the nature and extent of the security incident. 

Ventia is not currently aware of any fraudulent activity relating to anyone's data occurring as a result of this security incident at PageUp. 

If you've applied online for a position or commenced employment with Ventia or Visionstream from 2015, we recommend that you check there has been no recent unusual activity concerning your personal information and maintain a close watch on its use. 

Ventia takes data security very seriously and we will keep you updated as PageUp continues to investigate this incident.
