Ventia has been awarded a three-year contract to deliver maintenance services to the University of Sydney.

The scope of services includes planned and reactive maintenance, projects and capital works of electrical, lighting, mechanical, plumbing and hydraulic assets at the University's Camperdown/Darlington, Nepean and Camden campuses.

Ventia General Manager, Social and Critical Infrastructure, Rhys Barker, said:

It is significant to be selected as the University of Sydney's prime maintenance services provider and to provide services to its distinct mix of heritage-listed buildings and modern architecture in the heart of Sydney.

"Ventia has almost 20 years of experience in the education sector. It is a sector that is key to our business strategy and we have a team that takes pride in delivering smart solutions. We look forward to delivering quality facilities that enable students to be fully immersed in the progressive educational environment that the University of Sydney is renowned for."

The contract win reinforces our position in the education sector, complementing our partnership with the NSW Government for services to education and government buildings.
