During difficult times we all stand together.

Now more than ever, we are focused on prioritising the health, safety and wellbeing of our people, our clients and our communities.

As the COVID-19 situation evolves, we have in place a response plan to mitigate and manage potential impacts. We have appointed a Response Team including senior executives that meets regularly to coordinate our business-wide response.

Our proactive approach focuses on continuity for our clients. The key aspects of our plan include:

Supporting worker welfare

  • Working with medical experts to manage the risks to our workforce
  • Following advice of Australian/New Zealand Chief Medical Officers
  • Increasing hygiene and infection control regimes at all worksites
  • Promoting an advice line for our employees

Maintaining client services

  • Business Impact Assessments (BIA) completed for every unit
  • Updated Business Continuity Plans
  • Liaising with our clients and responding to their business continuity needs

Continuity of key functions

  • Business Impact Assessments completed for supporting functions
  • Priority Actions from Business Impact Assessments are underway.

Business continuity

  • Issuing guidance to our business that will strengthen support for clients
  • Scenario planning and modelling as the situation evolves

Communication and Feedback

  • Communicating regularly with our employees, leaders and clients
  • Launched a resource hub on our company intranet which includes the latest information and updates for employees.
  • Regular updates as the situation evolves
