Broadspectrum has been awarded a position on the New Zealand All-of-Government Facilities Management Panel of suppliers.

This Panel, managed by the Government Property Group (GPG), will provide comprehensive facilities management and asset management services to 1.5 million square metres of Crown Estate office accommodation and public interface areas for an initial four-year term, with the option to extend for another four-year period.

The New Zealand government is an important client for Broadspectrum and we are focused on building strong relationships with the agencies that operate within Crown Estate facilities to understand their individual needs and work with them through the defined GPG journey.

"Broadspectrum will be able to offer a customer-focused service solution to the 134 eligible agency property portfolios by leveraging a national workforce that is part of 155 New Zealand communities combined with our capability in effectively managing a geographically-dispersed workforce," said Derek Osborn, Chief Executive, Government and Outsourcing, Broadspectrum.

This panel marks the first time the New Zealand government has combined the outsourcing of Facilities Management services across its agencies.

Broadspectrum provides integrated end-to-end solutions for facilities and assets working with clients such as Far North District Council, Chorus and Transpower in New Zealand.
