After a long and distinguished career, Richard Kelleway will retire at the end of December 2021.

Richard joined Thiess Services (a legacy Ventia business) in 2011, and on the formation of Ventia in 2015 became the CEO of Visionstream. Richard has been instrumental in the growth and success of Ventia's Telecommunications business and leaves a strong legacy. In 2020, Richard was appointed as Group Executive Infrastructure Services.

Rod McCurdy will join Ventia in the role of Group Executive, Infrastructure Services on the 10 January 2022 and will be a member of Ventia's Executive Leadership Team. Rod joins Ventia from KPMG Australia where he has been a Partner - Major Programmes. Prior to KPMG, Rod has held executive roles in services company Serco and telecommunications providers British Telcom and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise.
