Creating strong community ties is fundamental to our long-term success. It enables us to better understand our communities, so we can deliver the essential services they rely on to stay connected and, ultimately, thrive.

To be recognised alongside our partners Yarra Energy Foundation and Pixii for our positive customer impact in the CSIA Customer Service Institute of Australia 'Customer Service Project of the Year' awards is something that our telecommunications operations and services team takes immense pride in.

Whilst we didn't win, our team was still recognised as a top three finalist by the selection panel for their approach to community engagement during the construction of one of the first inner-city community batteries ever installed in Australia.

We look forward to this being the first of many great energy initiatives that we can deliver for communities around Australia and New Zealand!

Well done team, and congratulations to all other winners and finalists!
