He shared, “Our leaders have been instrumental in spearheading the program and demonstrate the impact of our regional footprint in championing Veteran employment.

At Ventia, supporting veterans and Defence families is more than a commitment, it’s part of who we are. As part of our Veteran Employment Commitment, we provide tailored onboarding, mentoring, and flexible work arrangements, ensuring meaningful careers for those who’ve served and their families.

Key milestones for the program have included signing a formal MOU with the NT Government, committing Ventia to deliver at least 20 veteran or Defence family roles annually across our NT operations, rolling out tailored hiring manager raining programs and partnering with Invictus Australia as a Premier Partner, helping veterans and families stay connected through sport at community events throughout Australia.

We also work with Working Spirit, Legacy, RSL QLD, and other ex-service organisations to help us maintain a connection with the veteran community and the sense of service and mateship veterans value.
