Congratulations to the Defence Maintenance Contract (DMC) team who have secured a one-year extension of the contract with the Department of Defence, valued at $107 million.

The extension is effective from 1 December 2028. This reinforces the Department of Defence’s continued confidence in our ability to support the Australian Defence Force units preparing for and returning from operations and exercises.

Since the partnership began in June 2023, we have delivered integrated, large-scale support for Defence, covering the repair and maintenance of some of Australia’s most advanced equipment, including tanks, surveillance systems, marine craft, light armoured vehicles, and protected mobility vehicles, alongside the operation of a 24/7 nationwide vehicle and equipment recovery service.

The Defence Maintenance Contract team has also demonstrated significant surge capability to ensure operational readiness for international exercises such as Talisman Sabre, providing scalable, reliable sustainment for the Australian Defence Force and U.S. Army critical assets and consistently maintaining asset availability above 95% during high-tempo operations.
