With an extensive track record of financial, strategic and commercial leadership, Ventia is thrilled to announce Mark Fleming as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). 

Joining 6 February as CFO Designate, Mark is undertaking onboarding before he commences as CFO, effective 22 February.

Mark brings with him significant experience across leading ASX listed organisations that span multiple industries, including Region Group, Treasury Wine Estates and Woolworths Group Limited. Most recently Mark worked for Region Group where he held the roles of Chief Operating Officer, Head of Strategy & Funds Management and Chief Financial Officer. 

With a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney, Mark is also an Australia Certified Practising Accountant.
