The Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) gender pay gap is an important measure and annual publication driven by the Australian Government.

Women currently represent 32.2% of our Australian workforce. Our women bring decades of experience, spanning corporate environments and frontline roles, and across a multitude of backgrounds and disciplines.

We remain focused on increasing the number of women across all levels of our business, and we have committed to achieving 40% in executive leadership and women in senior management by 2030, as part of our HESTA 40:40 commitment.
