Ventia holds the Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA) contract with the Government of South Australia and has done so since December 2021.

Under this contract, we partner with local contractors, including small to medium, indigenous and social enterprises,  to deliver services that support investment and employment across South Australia.

On behalf of more than 30 government agencies, the Arrangement covers asset management for over 3,500 government-owned facilities, including schools, hospitals, and police stations.
