Ventia’s Maritime heritage was established in warship construction, upgrade and sustainment, and submarine maintenance and support.

During this century Ventia has transformed the service offering to focus on maritime integrated services delivery and facilities management. Ventia maintains a significant proportion of Navy’s equipment, and we leverage our extensive experience associated with the management of marine precincts to keep naval vessels safe and operational.

Ventia manages and operates the Australian Marine Complex (AMC) Common User Facility (CUF) in Henderson, WA, and delivers the Asset Management and Support functions for two of Navy’s largest operational bases, HMAS STIRLING, and HMAS COONAWARRA.

Harnessing the experience and technology that exists in managing and operating some of Australia’s most critical assets in tightly regulated industries as one of the nation’s largest infrastructure companies Ventia is evolving our capability to become AUKUS ready and able to support the Integrated Force.

Our capabilities include:

  • Integrated facilities management: Delivering a broad and diverse range of critical infrastructure capabilities to keep naval facilities operational.
  • Prime service integration: The management of an extensive national supply chain to deliver a full suite of maritime services in key locations and remotely.
  • Maritime asset maintenance and redevelopment: A specialist capability delivered to the West Australian Government for the state’s vast coastline over this entire century.
