Senex Energy is a significant producer of natural gas to the east coast market with their natural gas powering homes and businesses, making goods commonly found in Australian homes and supporting jobs across industry.

Ventia continues to support Senex by providing drilling services for their two production operations in Queensland's Surat Basin.

The contract delivered more natural gas wells to Senex's newly expanded Surat Basin operations that has the capacity to supply the equivalent of more than 10% of Queensland's domestic gas supply.

Since 2019 Ventia has provided drilling and completion services for Senex's $400 million Surat Basin natural gas development project in Queensland.
 

Ventia's Rig & Well Services business (previously Easternwell) drilled 80 natural gas wells to supply Senex's newly built natural gas facilities at their Roma North and Atlas developments.

Senex's Roma North development provides natural gas to their customer, GLNG, while their Atlas development is supplying natural gas to the east coast market for production of electricity and everyday consumer products such as bricks and beverage bottles.
