As Ventia welcomes our new 2025 Graduate Cohort, we are very pleased to share that our Graduate Program ranked among Australia's top 100 in the Top 100 Graduate Employers 2025 ranking, moving up 11 places to be ranked 27th overall and 2nd in our category of Most Popular Property, Infrastructure & Logistics Employer.

The Australian Financial Review and the GradConnection jobs platform have published the annual list of the most popular employers amongst Australia's graduates for the past 11 years. Since Ventia's Graduate Program began in 2017, we have achieved Top 100 status, with 2025 being our 9th consecutive year.

The Top 100 awards are based on the votes of users of GradConnection, an online platform which connects university students and graduates with prospective employers. The votes reflect the companies that graduates would prefer to work for after they have graduated.

Our #VentiaGrad program is a two-year program consisting of three rotations, letting our grads learn about the different parts of our business while identifying their strengths, goals and focus areas through meaningful work assignments, projects and networking.

The program provides opportunities in a wide range of disciplines, including:

• Project Management.

Our Graduate Program is vital to building the capability of our emerging leaders, diversifying our workforce and bringing fresh ideas into our business. This ranking is reflective of the hard work and support that goes into our Graduate Program from all across the business.
